Hi KatFile, may I know how to request to unban the IP address. I exceed the limit of trying password.

Always contact here https://katfile.com/contact.html , if your ip has been banned try using mobile or a friend's internet connection. They are banning to keep security on a high level so it is normal to get caught temporarly in the middle of the fire.
I can't log in after purchasing premium. Even though I entered the correct password and email address, I couldn't log in and my ip was banned. The support email doesn't seem to work either, and I think it's clearly a management issue, so please fix it as soon as possible and be able to log in again.
