KatFile has officially increased the retention period for premium uploaders’ files from 90 days to 365 days. This means premium uploaders now have a full year before inactive files are removed, offering more time to attract downloads and boost overall earnings.
Any user receiving this notification is already recognized as an uploader on the platform. Uploaders who do not yet have a premium account can request complimentary premium access in order to upload and manage files under the new 365‑day retention policy.
