之前都是自動存檔密碼突然就密碼錯誤了
現在系統提示如下資訊：
“帳戶或密碼錯誤。
已嘗試次數：4 / 5。
我已停止嘗試登錄，因為我不希望我的 IP 位址被封鎖
我嘗試過使用「忘記密碼」功能，儘管網站顯示已發送密碼重設郵件，但我並未收到 KatFile 的任何郵件
我已經嘗試過密碼重置流程，因此請不要僅再次發送“忘記密碼”功能的連結給我
能否請您手動重設我的密碼並提供一個新的臨時密碼，或以其他方式恢復我對帳戶的存取權限？
同時也請確認我的帳戶和會員資格仍然有效
