Password Recovery doesn't work, just purchase lifetime membership then lose my account, this some scam or something?
I just bought a 30-year-old premium, after the purchase, it only shows that my username is 4082529 but I don't know my password, I have clicked forgot my password, but I haven't received any emails in my mailbox

Ok so there's something wrong with the site , finally got a new password logged in on my phone just fine but when I tried to do it on my laptop it didn't work, I literally copy and pasted the password from the email and it didn't work , it used to work on more than one device and I'm sure it's still supposed to , I'm not gonna logout until it logs me out on its own like it does for some reason, but this is a major pain.
Got premium but recently got IP banned even though I'm sure I used a correct password, the support is non existent the recovery email doesn't work , I've asked for help few days ago still no response, that was a waste of money unfortunately.
Contact support through https://katfile.com/contact.html multiple times but no reply at all. How to disable my security lock? Click the disable link but didn't receive the email.

I do not recommend this service at all.
I paid for 1 month premium and the download speed stuck at 200KB/Sec, are you kidding me or what? I can download at 90MB/Sec with other services, we are in 2021 for god sake.
