I do not recommend this service at all.
I paid for 1 month premium and the download speed stuck at 200KB/Sec, are you kidding me or what? I can download at 90MB/Sec with other services, we are in 2021 for god sake.

the password to open a file has been set by whoever uploaded the file on the katfile cloud. Katfile itself does not modify anything the user uploads.Short answer, ask the password to whoever uploaded the file.
